The press milked Will Smith’s assault on Chris Rock at the Oscars until the cow started hallucinating. Independent content creators soon followed suit.
It wouldn’t be that interesting were it not for the masses of zombies, unable to step back and notice the revolting rubbish they treat as news. Their behaviour at times indicates one might as well give up on the species. It seems the more famous a person is, coverage of them evokes the Twilight Zone or Black Mirror.
What started with a violent outburst on Will Smith’s part gradually degenerated into an outpour of insults and even death wishes towards his wife, the world howling for him to get divorced asap, and even his daughter recently coming under attack over a work of fiction.
It’s not necessarily the Smiths I’m worried about. They are likely financially set for life and have security around them to protect them from all the crazies.
I’m more worried about the rest of us, having to deal with masses of people so easily swayed by the cheapest manipulation, to the point of hysteria. They go out there in society and operate with the exact same brains that excrete such vitriol against strangers, over their private lives.
This is some scary shit. People are either unwilling or unable to properly process information they come across. Have a look at the numbers associated with the following videos.
The stories below are all fake, under click-bait titles and using fake captions. The statements they allude to from these individuals are either non-existent (not shown at all) or severely distorted. Thousands of views, thousands of likes, hundreds or thousands of comments in support of each made-up shit sandwich. Viewers have strong opinions despite not bothering to watch the content, which means they just absorb any title they come across. Some mention their perspective being influenced by these videos.

It doesn’t matter how famous someone is. No one has the right to plaster fake inflammatory quotes next to their picture, making it appear they are disparaging their own family members. It’s sleazy beyond words.
Comment sections are the digital version of Ipecac Syrup, used by bulimics to induce vomiting. One might think it’s just entertainment (a momentary and inconsequential release of frustration) but I disagree. Celebrities are human, as opposed to consumables or bespoke fictional characters. If one wouldn’t dissect and judge their family member or neighbour in this manner, why do it to a stranger? This lack of consideration encourages people’s worst instincts; it fucks with their heads.

Please take note that in 2022, mental health is still regarded as circus material and an opportunity for the media to rip into the person suffering an episode. Will Smith’s mental health should be left to professionals, not the Daily Mail and YouTube gossip channels (and yes, I realise I used the word “crazies” above, in a facetious manner; it’s difficult to police one’s language in real time).
They are now unironically saying Tupac Shakur contributed to the slap. He died in 1996. The cow they are milking is now on LSD and sees dead people.
Having run out of ideas, they are now attributing Will Smith’s emotional dysregulation to jealousy of a man who has been dead for a quarter of a century. The culprit would be his wife, of course, who has mentioned her close friendship with Tupac overtime. In his memoir, published recently, Will Smith mentioned having been jealous of Tupac at the time, preventing a potential friendship between them. At the time, meaning 26 years ago and going farther back.
The headlines in 2022?

The original title was this one, more blatant in its intentions:

How does a woman who rolled her eyes at a joke for half a second end up with random death wishes and encouragements to commit suicide?
Day by day, the media has been agitating against Jada, who had surely not intended for her alopecia, or her husband’s anger to be the main talk of this year’s Academy Awards. First, they accused her of inciting the assault by failing to laugh at Chris Rock’s joke and rolling her eyes in disapproval. Then they claimed she had emasculated her husband by having a relationship while separated from him.
It has now escalated into her being the sole cause of Will Smith’s mental health decline. Of course they have absolutely no proof; they are not the man’s therapist to opine on what caused his outburst and what other issues he might be having.
The channel shown above, Popcorned Planet, is specifically renowned for promoting the Free Britney campaign, in support of Britney Spears being freed from her conservatorship. I want to point out the hypocrisy of decrying Britney’s horrendous treatment by the paparazzi when she was at her lowest, moral stance and all, to then, soon after, scoop up some revenue from the mindless vilification of Jada by the same gutter rags. Just because someone with a platform joins laudable causes, it doesn’t mean they are above this piggery.
As someone who followed that channel for legal updates on a few notable cases, I noticed in real time how the Oscars story degenerated into inflammatory speculation and character assassination against this woman. “I noticed my audience doesn’t like Jada much…maybe we’ll do a few more updates… “ (paraphrasing). Apparently, this makes it OK to employ dishonesty and irrationality when covering a story, whether that audience had been riled up by bullshit to begin with or not. Why provide a rational perspective when fuelling the trash fire is more profitable?
Unfortunately, but by now unsurprisingly, their audience of 216k saw nothing wrong with bringing a dead person into this circus for clicks. They ate it up, though they might as well have clicked on a title such as I was abducted and impregnated by an alien. To them, it was news.

The lady above is referring to a drive-by shooting, by the way, which killed Tupac. How does a person get into that mindset and type it on a keyboard? These are only a few random replies.

Many, many others describe Jada Pinkett Smith as the following: a witch, demonic, a Jezebel, evil, a narcissist,a manipulator, an abuser etc. All because of such coverage.
Those publishing this stuff should contemplate for one fraction of a second how it would feel to be in the middle of this type of circus, or for their loved ones to be targeted, with no honesty or decency left, riling up hoards of idiots.
Piggery, Mr Andy Signore&Co. Piggery. That’s all it is.
