Yesterday it came to light that predatory “guru” Vishwananda, convicted for theft from 25 churches in Switzerland and publicly accused by several young men of rape, would manage to silence detractor Henri Jolicoeur through a defamation lawsuit for $200.000.

As Henri Jolicoeur, a retired therapist who lives on a pension, cannot afford this legal battle, every video related to Vishwananda will be removed from his channel upon receiving and signing the necessary documents. The video linked to above will likely be deleted as well once this happens.

However, material on this awful person remains available on the internet, including in this Medium article.

I now present this letter below written by a lawyer on behalf of the ashram, shows that there are currently 16 cases of rape being reported with the German police, as Vishwananda’s ashram is based in Germany.

It is apparent that Vishwananda has a very twisted interest in teenage boys and young men in general. Some of those testimonies, however, will soon be removed from YouTube.

To read about this so-called guru’s theft from churches and sexual assault allegations (he was also convicted for disturbing the peace of the dead), one only needs to go as far as his Wikipedia page.

According to this page, a documentary was released this year on German television, featuring testimonies from his alleged victims:

There are known allegations of abuse by previous followers of the guru’s homosexual activities with disciples, including Brahmacharis of his organization. Sect representatives of the Evangelical Church in Germany Institute for Research on Religious and Ideological Issues are aware of this and have reported sexual assault, ranging from social pressure to rape.[2][1][16] This led to the temporal dissolution of his organization’s national branches in the US and UK in 2008. In a TV documentary by the Hessischer Rundfunk from January 2022, several alleged victims were interviewed and the guru was accused of sexualised violence.[17][18][19] The office of the district attorney in Wiesbaden confirmed several reports, which, however, would not have led to charges due to the unclear legal situation. Vishwananda dismissed all allegations of sexual transgressions through his lawyer as reported by the HR.[20]

This megalomaniac seems to be in full damage control mode.

Of course, anyone is entitled to sue for defamation if they haven’t been convicted of a specific offence. Even lowlifes who stole mummified body parts from churches, for whatever purpose. Of course, media productions based on sexual assault allegations aren’t always made in good faith, especially nowadays.

However, the common sense perspective on this individual is that he claims to be the incarnation of deities, thus relying on deception to put himself in a position of insane power over followers.

In case you’re wondering what it means to manifest a ring… It means pretending to vomit one, just like in the image below, sourced from Tumblr. Perhaps he didn’t realise eggs come out of a different orifice. Even golden ones.
